Maglev conferences have been delayed as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. International Conference on Magnetic Levitation Technology and Maglev Transportation will be held across the Globe this year and the next. The International Symposium on Magnetic Bearings will take place in the Brazilian coastal city of Rio de Janeiro this December. 2021 will be the year for one of the most important maglev trade fairs, the InnoTrans in Berlin. The German trade fair is followed by the 8th International Scientific and Practical Conference in Saint Petersburg, LDIA Symposium in Wuhan, and then onto the last one: MAGLEV Conference China in Wuhan.

The 14th and 15th International Conference on Magnetic Levitation Technology and Maglev Transportation will be held in several cities. The event is held at Messe Berlin. InnoTrans is one of the most important event when it comes to maglev technology and transportation systems. Most companies pioneering maglev are represented at this trade fair.

2021 MTST’21 – Saint Petersburg
The 8th International Scientific and Practical Conference “Maglev Transport Systems and Technologies” is planned for the spring of 2021 in Russia. The conference will be hosted at Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University (PGUPS). Exact dates are to be announced.

The 25th International Maglev Conference (MAGLEV 2021) will take place in Changsha. The conference is jointly organized by the Shanghai-based Tongji University and the Hunan Maglev Transportation Development Co., Ltd.
